My hometown is Jacksonville, Florida but I am currently attending Florida State University. I am a freshmen studying Exercise Science with aspirations to become a physical therapist one day.  I am currently involved with the Florida State Majorettes, which is a baton twirling group that performs with the marching chiefs during football games. Aside from school, I absolutely love to travel and spend time with friends and family as much as I can. Another fact about myself is that I am very athletic and love to play sports. For my time in the class ENC2135 I decided to research and create my projects by using sports as a main topic. I wanted to tie together how sports are involved in pop culture. A big factor is through social media, as it has evolved tremendously in society over the years. I decided to research more in depth how social media effects athletes as I really have a passion about sports. One day I hope to be a physical therapist for a sports organization.
